- No standing water (drains, plant saucers)
Doors, windows & walls 04
- Door sweeps intact; no daylight below
- Weatherstripping intact at entry doors
- Window and door screens in place, no tears
- Wall penetrations sealed (A/C, cable, vents)
- A/C and water heater closets dry and clear
Outside the unit 05
- Mulch line kept below the slab edge
- Shrubs and branches not touching the building
- Exterior penetrations sealed (hose bib, A/C)
- Trim-backs noted for the landscape crew
Final check 06
- No food, trash, or cardboard left behind
- Pest activity seen? Note where below and report it before move-in
